Appointments
To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit must be made. Half will come out of your total service price, the rest of the payment will be applied in person after your appointment service.
Please remove all makeup prior to coming to your appointment.
Pleases arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out all consent forms and 5 minutes for all other future appointments. If you arrive at the start time of your, appointment, you are
taking time away from your full treatment.
Reschedule/Cancellations
If you are feeling sick or unwell, Please reschedule this includes - runny nose, coughs, eye infections etc.
Rescheduling and cancellations are acceptable the same day, the latest is 1 hour before your appointment. A $50 cancellation fee will be added to your full appointment service price and charged to your card on file less than 1 hour to your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please contact me by email, call or text. DO NOT DIRCET MESSAGE ME on Facebook or Instagram.
Late Arrival/No Shows
If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. A $50 booking cancellation fee that will be add to your full appointment service price and charged to your card on file.
No call no show will result in a $50 booking cancellation fee that will be added to your full booking service price and charged to your card on file.
All sales and deposits are non-refundable
By scheduling your appointment you authorize DeepSeaBeautySpa to process payment with the card on file for booking.
